O R D E RThe short prayer of the petitioner is that the prosecution under Section 498(A) I.P.C against them may be disposed of as expeditiously as possible. The report of the learned Magistrate was called for. The learned Magistrate has reported that the matter stands posted for trial in the list from 01/01/2007 to 03/01/2007. The learned Magistrate has undertaken that every effort shall be made to dispose of the case as expeditiously as possible. He prays for two month's time from 01/01/2007 to dispose of the case.
2. I am satisfied in these circumstances that no further directions are necessary. I expect the learned Magistrate to dispose of the case as expeditiously as possible and within the time of two months from 01/01/2007.
