O R D E RThe grievance in this review petition is with regard to the sentence in the judgment that the petitioners were "heard by Smt.Kamala Bai, the Additional Secretary". It is submitted that the petitioners were not heard when the judgment was pronounced. It is made clear that it is sufficient, if the incumbent who has passed or is yet to pass the order has heard or hears, as the case may be, the petitioners. Ordered accordingly.
