A W A R D Parties have settled the dispute, the claimant/appellant is entitled to get an additional amount of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty thousand only) as compensation. This amount will be deposited by R2 before the MACT for payment to the claimant within 60 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this award, failing which the amount will carry interest at the rate of 9% per annum from the date of default till payment. A W A R D We heard the counsel for the parties and the appellant. Appellant and R3 have agreed to settle the matter by the appellant receiving Rs.25,000/- towards share of the liability of the Insurance Company. This amount will be deposited by R3 before the MACT for payment to the claimant within 60 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this award, failing which the amount will carry interest at the rate of 9% per annum from the date of default till payment.
