The writ petition is filed mainly with the following prayer :-

"Issue a writ of mandamus or other appropriate writ, order or direction commanding the respondents 1 and 2 to report all the vacancies of HSST Junior in Sanskrit reckoning the same as 75% of the total posts of HSST Junior in various Government Schools in the State and direct the 3rd respondent to advise candidates against all those vacancies and to further direct the 2nd respondent to appoint the candidates thus advised." Learned Government Pleader submits that the available vacancies have already been reported. Inviting reference to Ext.P14 series of relieving orders, it is pointed out that there are clear four vacancies. There will be a direction to the second respondent to conduct a periodic review of the availability of vacancies in the post of HSST Junior (Sanskrit) in every three months and take prompt steps to report those vacancies to the Commission. In case the petitioners point out the availability of vacancies, necessary enquiry in that regard shall also be conducted by the second respondent after affording an opportunity for hearing to the petitioners also and permitting WP NO.32442/05 2 them to peruse the records, before the expiry of the ranked list. The writ petition is disposed of as above.
