KURIAN JOSEPH, J.W.P.(C) No. 37070 of 2003 Dated 21st December, 2006.
J U D G M E N T
The writ petition is filed mainly with the following prayers :-
(i) "That all records leading to Exts.p1 and P6 be called to this Hon'ble Court and a writ of certiorari or other order be passed quashing Exts.P1 and P6 in so far it relates to the 4th respondent school. (ii) That a writ of mandamus or other order be issued directing the respondents 1 to 3 not to give recognition to the 4th respondent schools either in Lower Primary Section or Upper Primary Section." In case the petitioner has still any grievance left, petitioner may produce a copy of this judgment before the first respondent, in which case, the first respondent will look into Ext.P4 with notice to the petitioner and the 4th respondent and pass appropriate orders thereon in accordance with law within four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The interim order dated 24.11.2003 will continue till such time. The writ petition is disposed of as above.
