JUDGMENT

Petitioner approached this court with certain grievances regarding recovery of contribution to the Kerala Cashew Workers Relief and Welfare Fund. Since the petitioner has a remedy of appeal before the Deputy Labour Commissioner, the writ petition is dismissed without prejudice to the liberty to approach the appellate authority.
