JUDGMENT

The only prayer pressed in the writ petition is to direct the second respondent to consider and take a decision on Ext.P5(b) representation after hearing the petitioner within a time limit.

2. I heard learned Government Pleader also.

3. The writ petition is disposed of directing the second respondent to consider and take a decision on Ext.P5(b) in accordance with law after hearing the petitioner and any other affected party within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. Petitioner shall produce a copy of the representation along with a certified copy of this judgment before the second respondent. Writ petition is disposed of as above. K.M.JOSEPH.
