J U D G M E N T

In the matter of SSS pension, in view of the rejection of the case of the petitioner for want of documents, he has submitted Ext.P11 application, producing certain documents. There will be a direction to the second respondent to look into the matter with notice to the petitioner and furnish a report to the first respondent within a period of three months from the date of production of a copy of the judgment. Depending on the report of the second respondent, appropriate action in accordance with law in the matter of SSS pension will be taken by the first respondent, within another two months. The writ petition is disposed of as above.
