O R D E RThe petitioner is the sole accused, in crime No.382/2006 of Anchal Police Station, for the offence punishable under Section 498A IPC. He is before this Court, under Section 438 Cr.P.C., as he apprehends arrest.
2. I heard both sides. Considering the materials on record, I direct the petitioner to surrender before the Investigating Officer, in crime No.382/2006 of Anchal Police Station, on 1.9.2006.
3. The Investigating Officer shall interrogate the petitioner and thereafter, produce him before the Court below, on the same day itself. On production, the learned Magistrate shall allow the petitioner to be on bail, imposing such conditions, as are deemed necessary. The application is disposed of as above. J.M.JAMES
