O R D E RThe petitioner is before this Court, under Section 439 Cr.P.C., as he was arrested on 12.6.2006, by the Kollam West Police Station authorities, in crime No.83/2006, for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324 and 308 IPC read with Section 34 IPC.
2. I heard both sides. Considering the nature of
the injuries sustained by the defacto complainant, I grant
and release the petitioner from jail, subject to the
(a). The petitioner shall execute a bond for Rs.15,000/-, with two solvent sureties, each for the like sum, to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class-II, Kollam.
(b). The petitioner shall report before the investigating officer, once in a week on every B.A.3906/2006 2 Monday, between 10.00 a.m and 11.00 a.m., for a period of one month, starting from 10.7.2006. The application is allowed as above. J.M.JAMES
