O R D E RThe petitioners are accused of the offence punishable under Sections 498A and 406 IPC read with Section 34 IPC, in crime No.160/2006 of Vazhekkad Police Station. The petitioners apprehend arrest. Hence this application, under Section 438 Cr.P.C.
2. After hearing both sides, I direct the petitioners to surrender before the S.H.O. of Vazhekkad Police Station, on 6.7.2006 at 11.00 a.m. The investigating Officer shall interrogate the petitioners and they shall be released, in the event of their arrest, on bail, each petitioner executing a bond for Rs.15,000/-, with two solvent sureties, each for the like sum, to the satisfaction of the investigating officer, arresting them.
3. In case, the investigating officer requires the petitioners for further custodial interrogation, he shall B.A.3912/2006 2 move an application before the Court below and get their custody, according to the law. The application is disposed of as above. J.M.JAMES
