O R D E ROn mediation, the petitioner has agreed to pay an amount of Rs.2,00,000/-, to the defacto complainant. However, the petitioner had sought time upto 9.10.2006, to make the payment.
2. As the parties had settled the matter among themselves, in the event of the arrest of the petitioner, till 9.10.2006, she shall be released on bail, on she executing a bond for Rs.25,000/-, with two solvent sureties, each for the like sum, to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer, arresting her.
