The petitioner was arrested on 11.8.2006, by the Kunnamangalam Police Station authorities, who registered crime No.125/2006 of that police station, for the offence punishable under Sections 511 and 376 IPC, He remains in judicial custody. Hence this application, under Section 439 Cr.P.C.

2. The investigation is nearly complete, as the medical examinations are over. The petitioner was also interrogated.

3. In the above facts situation of the case, I grant bail and release the petitioner from jail, subject to the following conditions:-

(a). The petitioner shall execute a bond for Rs.20,000/-, with two solvent sureties, each for the like sum, to the satisfaction of B.A.5285/2006 2 the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Kunnamangalam.

(b). The petitioner shall report before the Investigating Officer, once in a week on every Tuesday, between 10.00 a.m and 11.00 a.m., for a period of three months, starting from 12.9.2006, and thereafter, on the first working day of every month, between the same timings, till the completion of the investigation and the final report is filed by the Investigating Officer.

(c). The petitioner shall not leave the State of Kerala, till the final trial and disposal of the case. The application is allowed as above. J.M.JAMES
