O R D E RThe petitioner is the fourth accused, in crime No.392/2006 of Adoor Police Station. The offence alleged against the accused are under Sections 323, 326 and 294 (b) IPC read with Section 34 IPC.
2. I heard both sides and perused the C.D.file. The submission of the learned Public Prosecutor is that the fourth accused, the petitioner herein, had committed the over acts. The only act that is alleged against the accused is that he had abused the injured.
3. In the above facts and circumstances of this case, I direct the petitioner to surrender before the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Adoor, on 6.7.2006 at 11.00 a.m and move an application for bail, after serving copy of the same to the Public Prosecutor. The learned Magistrate shall dispose of the application on the same day itself and grant bail, on imposing such conditions, as are deemed necessary. J.M.JAMES
