JUDGMENT
The limited prayer of the petitioner is for a direction to the first respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P6 representation filed by the petitioner.
2. The grievance of the petitioner is that inspite of Ext.P5 communication, the anomaly in the pay revision order has not been rectified. According to the petitioner, the pay of Secretary has been wrongly fixed. In the above circumstances, there will be a direction to the first respondent to consider Ext.P6 representation and pass appropriate orders thereon as early as possible, at any rate within 60 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
