JUDGMENT

The petitioners in these Writ Petitions are the employees of the third respondent - Alleppey Co-operative Spinning Mills. They are working on a temporary basis in the winding section. The third respondent passed Ext.P2 resolution regularising the service of the petitioners and forwarded the same to the second respondent who is the authority to ratify the decision taken by the third respondent. The grievance of the petitioners is that the second respondent is not taking any steps to ratify the decision taken by the third respondent. In the above circumstances, these Writ Petitions are disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to consider Ext.P2 and pass appropriate orders thereon within a reasonable time, at any rate within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
