O R D E RThe petitioner is before this court, as he apprehends arrest in crime No. 190/2006 of Mararcadu Police Station, for the offence punishable under Sections 324, 294(b), 354 and 452 IPC., as he trespassed into her house and assaulted with iron rod, because of which she sustained injuries. The petitioner also used criminal force intending to outrage her modesty. The occurrence took place because of the previous enimity of the petitioner towards the defacto complainant, who are neighbours.
2. After considering the arguments advanced by both sides, I direct the petitioner to surrender before the Investigating Officer O Mararcadu Police Station, who is investigating crime No.190/2006 on 6.10.2006 between 9.30 a.m and 10.00 a.m.
3. After interrogation, the Investigating Officer shall produce him before the Court below, as per the law.
4. The learned Magistrate, on production of the B.A.5864/2006 2 accused, shall allow him to be on bail, imposing such conditions, as are deemed necessary. The application is disposed of as above.
