JUDGMENT

The grievance of the petitioners is that their service has not been regularized in the light of Ext.P4 circular issued by the 4th respondent. The objection raised by the respondent bank is that the bank has already requested the 4th respondent Registrar of Co-operative Societies to sanction additional posts to regularize the service of the petitioners. Now as per order No. CRB 4983/2006 dated 31-8-2006 issued by the Joint Registrar of Co-operative Societies the posts are sanctioned. In the circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of directing respondents 1 and 2 to take steps to regularize the service of the petitioners. This shall be done as early as possible, at any rate within 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of this judgment. K.Thankappan, Judge. mn.
