Radhakrishnan, J.The writ petition was preferred by the respondent herein to issue a writ of certiorari and to quash Ext.P2 and also for a direction to the 2nd respondent to approve the salary bill of the petitioner which was sent by the 4th respondent for the payment of salary of the petitioner and also for other consequential reliefs. The learned Single Judge allowed the writ petition. The appointment of the first respondent was approved by the University. If the appellants have got any objections, they would have taken the matter with the university which they have not done. Hence we find no reasons to interfere with the findings of the learned Single Judge. Writ Appeal lacks merits. Dismissed.
