Heard. Even though, there is technical violation of the direction of this Court regarding opportunity of hearing to be afforded to the petitioner, I think it is not expedient or necessary to proceed further with the contempt proceedings. As per the direction of this Court, Ext.R3 order has already been passed. It is common case that the petitioner has already filed a writ petition challenging that order. in view of the above position, the Contempt Case (Civil) is closed. ............. can also be raised in the writ petition, if so advised.
