The petitioner is a Preventive Officer working in the Excise Department. He is a native of Payyannur. By Ext.P1 order dated 31-5-2006, he has been transferred from the Excise Range Office , Taliparamba to Kannur. Now, by Ext.P2, he has been shifted from the present office to the Excise Check Post at Koottupuzha. He has preferred Ext.P4 representation against the present transfer, pointing out the personal inconveniences caused to him, by the transfer.
