JUDGMENT
The petitioner has applied for mutation of certain properties covered by Exts.P1 and P3. The petitioner's allegation is that when Ext.P2 application was submitted the same was returned without entertaining the same. The petitioner submits that he has got a right to get his application for mutation considered in accordance with Transfer of Registry Rules.
2. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as also the learned Government pleader.
3. In the facts and circumstances of the case, there would be a direction to the respondents to accept the application for mutation submitted by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders thereon in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The writ petition is disposed of as above.
