J U D G M E N T
The writ petition is filed mainly with the following prayer :-
"Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to permit the petitioner to continue at the Government High School, Panampilly Nagar on the basis of the valuable rights conferred on him by Ext.P1 Government Order." Learned Government Pleader, referring to the counter affidavit submits that the petitioner is not transferred from Government High School, Panampilly Nagar. It is also submitted that there is no sanctioned post of Drawing Teacher in Government High School, Panampilly Nagar and that the request will not come under the purview of Ext.P1 Government Order. In case the petitioner has still any grievance left, petitioner may approach the Government for appropriate modification of the Government Order. The writ petition is disposed of as above.
