Radhakrishnan, J.Learned senior counsel appearing for the appellants submitted that they are intending to approach the Government for a request to invoke Rule 39 of KS & SSR since persons included lower in the rank list have got the benefit of Ext.P5 Government Order dated 15.7.06. Senior counsel submitted that the appellants are legally entitled to get the same treatment as was given to the persons who have been included lower in the rank list. Writ appeals are disposed of as prayed for, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case.
