It is reported that the judgment of this Court has already been complied with and the petitioner has been appointed from 31.1.2000 onwards. If so, there is no question of any contempt. If the petitioner is aggrieved by not giving her salary in pursuance to the appointment, it is open to her to take up the matter separately. The C.O.C stands closed.
