J U D G M E N T

Since the Government has admittedly passed orders pursuant to the direction issued in the judgment, I am of the view that no further orders are necessary in this Contempt of Court Case. It is made clear that it will be open to the petitioners to pursue the remedies available to them in accordance with law, if they are aggrieved by the order passed by the Government. In fact, t is brought to my notice that petitioners have already filed W.P.(C) No.16324/07 against the said order. Therefore, the Contempt Case (Civil) is closed.
