J U D G M E N T
Radhakrishnan, J.Counsel appearing for the petitioner in W.P(c) No.31804 of 2006 submitted that all the petitioners were promoted as HSG-I on officiating basis. Therefore they submit, no further orders are necessary now. Hence all these writ petitions are disposed of. If there is any dispute regarding seniority, those matters can be taken up with the higher authorities and they will consider the same, untramelled by the order passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal. Writ petitions are disposed of as above.
