ORDERThe learned Public Prosecutor submits and a report to that effect has been filed by the Sub Inspector of Police, Kuttippuram Police Station that the police do not want to now proceed further with the investigation in Crime No.5 of 2006 of Kuttippuram Police Station, the same action being the subject matter of Crime No.1291 of 2005 of Central Police Station, Ernakulam and final report having already been filed and cognizance having already been taken by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate. The learned Public Prosecutor prays for time to submit a report for dropping action in Crime No.5 of 2006 in Kuttippuram Police Station. The learned Public Prosecutor undertakes that the petitioner is not required to be and shall not be arrested in Crime No.5 of 2006 of the Kuttippuram Police Station.
2. The submissions of the learned Public Prosecutor are accepted and in the light of those submissions, this Crl.M.C is, dismissed as unnecessary now.
