W.P.(C) NO. 27414 of 2005

Dated this the 21st day of June 2007

JUDGMENT

There are two good reasons to dismiss this writ petition. First reason is that the petitioners have not complied with the conditions imposed by this court while granting stay i.e. a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- shall be paid within three weeks from 23.9.2005. The second reason is that impugning certain subsequent orders, the petitioners have filed W.P.(C) No.14169/2007. Under these circumstances, this writ petition will stand dismissed on both the reasons. It is open to the petitioners to urge whatever grounds are legally available to them in the subsequent writ petition. PIUS C. KURIAKOSE,

JUDGE.
