Petitioners are aggrieved since the first respondent did not pass an order on merits on Exhibit P2 petition to set aside the ex parte order in W.C. Case No. 321/1998.
2. It is seen that pursuant to the interim order, the petitioners have deposited the entire amount. There will be a direction to the first respondent to pass orders on Exhibit P2 petition on merits, after issuing fresh notice to the petitioners and fourth respondent, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. Interim order passed by this Court will continue till such time. This writ petition is disposed of as above.
