JUDGMENT

The petitioner challenges Ext.P15 show cause notice directing the petitioner to show cause as to why the plot allotted to the petitioner should not be resumed for non use. In so far as Ext.P15 is only a show cause notice, I am not inclined to entertain this writ petition at this stage since the petitioner can file reply to the show cause notice and attempt to convince the respondents that the land is not liable to be resumed. The petitioner submits that he has already filed a reply which is disputed by the learned standing counsel for the 1st respondent. There need not be any controversy regarding this. The petitioner may file another objection to Ext.P15 within one week and the 1st respondent shall take a decision pursuant to Ext.P15 expeditiously. The Writ petition is disposed of as above.
