JUDGMENT

Case of the petitioner is that he is entitled to promotion as Assistant Transport Officer. Petitioner has filed Ext.P3. According to the petitioner, he is due to retire on 30/06/2007.

2. I heard learned counsel for the Corporation also. In the facts and circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of directing the first respondent to take a decision on Ext.P3 in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
