PIUS C. KURIAKOSE, J.W.P.(C) NO. 6393 of 2004
Dated this the 25th day of June 2007
Heard Sri.P.Gopal, the learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri.Rajeev V. Kurup the learned counsel for the first respondent. Having gone through Ext.P5, I do not find any warrant for interfering with the same. According to me, the petitioners do not have to be aggrieved by Ext.P5. Ext.P5 only directs the petitioners to file a fresh statement in tune with the decree of the appellate court. The petitioners will comply with that direction within one month from today. Giving liberty to impugn further orders which may be passed by the execution court on the basis of the fresh statement to be filed by the decree-holder, this writ petition is disposed of. PIUS C. KURIAKOSE,
