J U D G M E N T

In view of the indisputable position that subsequent to the filing of the Writ Petition, compromise petition has been filed by the petitioner and the 1st respondent-bank, I am of the view that the submission of Mr.Mohan Jacob George on behalf of the bank that the Writ Petition has become infructuous has only to be accepted. The Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
