ORDERApplication for anticipatory bail. Petitioner apprehends that he may be arrested on the allegation that he has committed non bailable offences.
2. The learned Public Prosecutor after taking instructions submits that Crime No.461 of 2007 of Kalamassery Police Station has, in fact, been registered against the petitioner. But the offences alleged being all bailable, the apprehension of the petitioner that he may be arrested on the allegation of his having committed non bailable offences is without any merit or basis, he submits.
3. The submissions of the learned Public Prosecutor are taken note of and recorded. It is now evident that the apprehension of the petitioner is without any basis. This bail application is, dismissed, accepting the submissions of the learned Public Prosecutor.
