JUDGMENT

It is obvious that the petitioner has not complied with the condition imposed by this Court on 20.02.06 that a sum of Rs.1 lakh shall be remitted by the petitioner before 20.02.06. Learned counsel for the respondent reports that execution has proceeded and the respondent decree holder was able to take delivery through the court on 10.06.06 and the Writ Petition has already become infructuous. The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed.
