JUDGMENT

The learned Prosecutor, on instructions, submits that the file has been reconstructed. Investigation is complete. Final report has already been filed, though it has been returned to cure the defects. The needful shall be done forthwith. No further directions are necessary in the matter, submits the Prosecutor.

2. I find merit in the submissions of the learned Prosecutor. No further directions appear to be necessary in this case. The learned counsel for the petitioners finally makes a submission that the petitioners have been waiting for the outcome of this case from 1999. They have to go abroad. Pendency of the proceedings makes it impossible for them to go abroad. I need only mention that the petitioners can move the learned Magistrate for an expeditious out of turn hearing and disposal of this old case initiated against them. The learned Magistrate must pass appropriate orders on such applications.

3. With the above observations, this writ petition is dismissed. (R. BASANT) Judge tm tm
