ORDER

Krishnan, J.

While modifying the award passed by the Claims Tribunal, we fixed the disability at 6% as per the documents produced by the Claims and Ext.A5 disability certificate and calculated the compensation of Rs.7,880/-. The prayer is to take 15% as the disability of the petitioner since the medical Board found so later. That cannot be permitted. Documents produced as such has been accepted, and compensation awarded.
