J U D G M E N T
The surviving grievance of the petitioner is with regard to the application of G.O.(Ms) No. 186/77/GAD dated 15.06.1977. According to the petitioner, the said Government Order is not applicable in the case of the petitioner. What is applicable is Kerala State Electricity Board Employee's (Classification, Control and Appeal) Regulations, 1969.
2. There will be a direction to the first respondent to look into the grievance of the petitioner in the light of the above Regulation and take appropriate action to settle the remaining grievance in the light of the Regulation referred to above, within a period of three months from the date of production of a copy of this judgment. This writ petition is disposed of as above.
