Radhakrishnan,J.Writ Petition was preferred by the respondents herein seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to disburse the revised pensionary benefits, viz. remaining DCRG and commuted value of pension, etc. and arrears of revised pay and pension to the petitioner with interest. Learned single Judge disposed of the petition directing the Corporation to pay the amount claimed within three months from the date of judgment. Paragraph 10 of the appeal memorandum, it is stated that the Corporation have not denied any of the benefits of the retired employees whereas the appellants have only decided to pay 50% of the benefits at the first instance and the balance 50% in four equal early instalments. In the circumstances, appeal is disposed of directing the Corporation to pay the amount due to the petitioner in accordance with law, if not already paid. K.S.Radhakrishnan, Judge.
