J U D G M E N T

The writ petition is filed mainly with the following prayer :-

"Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction directing the respondent to consider and dispose of Ext.P4 representation before conduct of survey and demarcation of 17.54 acres taken over as excess land." In view of the intervening developments referred to in the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the respondent, in case the petitioner has still any grievance left, he may approach the respondent. The writ petition is disposed of as above.
