O R D E RThe learned counsel for the petitioner prays, the learned Public Prosecutor does not seriously oppose the said prayer and I am satisfied in the facts and circumstances of this case that the petitioner, who faces allegations under the Kerala Abkari Act and who has been released on bail as per the order dated 26.12.2006 that he must appear before the Investigating Officer on all Wednesdays can now be modified.
2. This Crl.M.C is, accordingly, allowed. The petitioner need hereafter appear before the Investigating Officer between 10 a.m and 12 noon on the first Wednesday of all English calendar months until the final report is filed.
