J U D G M E N T
Radhakrishnan, J.Learned Single Judge has already permitted the appellant to give a comprehensive representation before the 2nd respondent. Learned Single Judge also directed the 2nd respondent to afford adequate opportunity of hearing to the appellant. Counsel for the appellant submitted that the apprehension of the appellant is that the observations and the finding recorded by the learned Judge would go against him while the representation is being considered. It is made clear that the 2nd respondent has to consider the representation untramelled by the observations and the finding if any, recorded in the judgment. Till a decision is taken by the 2nd respondent as directed by the learned Single WA 1635/2007 Judge, the post of HSST, Political Science in the Government Higher Secondary School, Piravom be not filled up. Writ appeal is disposed of as above.
