The petitioner approached this Court with certain grievances regarding non-disbursement of eligible benefits due to her husband. In view of the intervening developments, in case the petitioner has still any grievance left, she may approach the 2nd respondent, in which case, the matter will be duly considered by the 2nd respondent with notice to the petitioner and 3rd respondent and appropriate action, in accordance with law, will be taken within another three months. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
