The short grievance of the petitioner is that C.C. No. 460 of 2006 pending before the J.F.C.M.- I, Hosdurg is not disposed of and consequently his passport produced by him is not released to him. Report of the learned Magistrate was called for and the report shows that the trial will commence from 20.7.2007 and the case shall be disposed of by 31.8.2007. I am satisfied, in these circumstances, that no further direction need be issued in this Crl.M.C. The report dt.27.6.2007 is accepted. The learned Magistrate shall report compliance after 31.8.2007.
