The petitioner has approached this court feeling aggrieved by not transferring him to one of the choice stations mentioned by him in Ext.P2. Those stations were Thalassery, Koothuparamba and Kochi.
2. Now, by order No.E6/4303/07 dated 6.7.2007 the petitioner has been posted to Thalassery from Mattannur. In view of the above, the grievance of the petitioner is redressed. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. Sd/- (K.BALAKRISHNAN NAIR)
