The petitioner approached this court feeling aggrieved by the omission of the respondents to promote her to the post of Assistant Director of Soil Conservation. Now, the Government by G. O (Rt) No.1158/AD Dated 29.6.2007 have promoted the petitioner to the said post. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed.
