S. SIRI JAGAN, J.W.P.(C)NO. 21428 OF 2007
DATED THIS THE 12th DAY OF JULY, 2007
The petitioner's timings were settled by Ext.P1. Subsequently, the 2nd respondent was granted a permit and his timings were settled by Ext.P2. Later on, he moved the Tribunal dissatisfied with Ext.P2 timings and the Tribunal directed reconsideration of the matter as per Ext.P3 judgment. By Ext.P4 a notice has been issued calling for objections from intending operators in the timing conference to be convened on 17.7.2007. The petitioner is stated to have submitted Ext.P5 objections and he intends to participate in the timing conference convened on 17.7.2007. But he apprehends that without an order from this Court, he may not be permitted to participate in the timing conference.
2. I have heard the learned Government pleader also. In the facts and circumstances of the case, I direct the 1st respondent to permit the petitioner also to take part in the timings conference on 17.7.2007 and to raise his objections, which also shall be considered while settling timings. The writ petition is disposed of as above.
