The Hon'ble MR. Justice PIUS C.KURIAKOSE
O R D E R
PIUS C. KURIAKOSE, J.R.P.NO. 600 OF 2007
Dated this the 16th day of July , 2007
O R D E RMy judgment dated 1.6.2007 is sought to be reviewed on the ground that neither the Government nor the District Collector are parties to O.S. No.169/2007 and that the interim order passed in the suit need not stand in the way of the District Collector passing appropriate orders on the statutory application which is pending before him.
2. Heard Sri.K.Shaj, the learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri.Shyson P.Manguzha, the learned Government Pleader for the respondents. I do not propose to go into the merits of the grounds raised. My judgment was delivered solely on the basis of the submissions of the Government Pleader and I was at that time under the impression that the District Collector was also a party to the suit. Annexure A1 will show that neither the District Collector nor the State is party. Accordingly, I recall my judgment. R.P. No.600/2007 2 Post the writ petition before the learned Judge who is presently hearing matters relating to Panchayat Raj Act and connected matters. The Review Petition will stand allowed as above. PIUS C. KURIAKOSE,
