O R D E RThe learned counsel for the petitioners prays, the learned Public Prosecutor does not raise any serious objection and I am satisfied that the condition imposed on the petitioners who face allegations under Section 8 of the Kerala Abkari Act when they were released on bail by the learned Sessions Judge as per order dated 15/3/2007 under which they were obliged to appear before the investigating officer once in a month (as explained in the later order dated 21/6/2007 of the learned Sessions Judge) can now be deleted. The petitioners shall appear before the investigating officer hereafter as and when directed by the investigating officer in writing to do so.
2. This Criminal Miscellaneous Case is accordingly allowed. The said condition shall stand modified to the above extent.
